Ingredients :
For 4 mini pizzas:
• 4 whole wheat English muffins (split in half)
• 1/2 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup sliced olives (for eyes or decorations)
• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved or quartered)
• 1/4 cup bell peppers (cut into strips or small shapes)
• 1/4 cup baby spinach (for hair or decoration)
• 1/4 cup cooked corn kernels or peas


Instructions :

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    o Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Assemble the Pizzas
    o Place the English muffin halves on the tray, cut side up.
    o Spread about 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce on each half.
    o Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Create the Faces
    o Use the veggies to make fun faces:
     Olives for eyes.
     Cherry tomatoes or bell pepper strips for the mouth.
     Baby spinach for hair.
     Corn kernels or peas for freckles.
  4. Bake the Pizzas
    o Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Cool and Serve
    o Let the mini pizzas cool slightly before serving. Serve warm and watch the smiles!
