Fruit and Cheese Kabobs

Ingredients :
For 4 kabobs:
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubes
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese cubes
• 1/2 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
• 1/2 cup strawberries (hulled and halved)
• 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (or other fruit like melon or banana)
• 4 wooden skewers (child-safe with blunt ends)


Instructions :

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    o Wash and dry the fruits thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, and cut the pineapple or other fruits into bite-sized chunks if needed.
  2. Assemble the Kabobs
    o Take a skewer and alternate fruits and cheese cubes. For example: start with a grape, followed by a cheese cube, a piece of pineapple, a strawberry half, and so on.
  3. Serve and Enjoy
    o Arrange the kabobs on a plate or serving tray. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until snack time.
